Cummins Mellor are working with System Hygiene to recruit an Account Manager for their offices based in Altham.

Established over 30 years ago, System Hygiene is a successful independent company based in East Lancashire. Boasting an extensive portfolio of both cleaning and safety products, System Hygiene serves the UK and is recognised as the leading supplier within the North West.

Due to business growth we have an opportunity for an Account Manager.

Working closely with the Account and Sales Managers, you will support the team with the handling of account sales.

Your role will require you to:

  • Keep regular contact with accounts by telephone.
  • Develop relationships with your current clients, ensuring that you are in regular contact to anticipate and meet their needs
  • Re-establish contact with clients, who have reduced their spend, nurturing the relationship in order to regain business

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have good communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Have previous experience with a CRM system and strong IT skills
  • Have previous experience of working within a proactive office environment
  • Be confident and resilient when contacting clients.
  • Have the ability to work to and meet targets
  • Be confident working both individually and as a part of a team

Hours of work are negotiable, between the hours of 8.30am – 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, with 30mins for lunch. A job share would be considered.
