This is an exciting opportunity to join a top quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.

Cummins Mellor are recruiting a Customer Service trainer / assessor for a training provider based in the North West.

As a Customer Service Trainer your role will include;

• Inducting, training, monitoring and assessing students on the apprenticeship programme.

• Engaging learners and employers in work based learning ensuring learners achieve their goals, employment and progress into lifelong learning.

• Working at least 40 hours per week.

The ideal Customer Service Assessor must;

• Having a broad working knowledge of the Customer Service Sector.

• Possess good Maths, English and ICT skills.

• Ideally hold an assessor qualification (training will be given to outstanding applicant who do not hold the qualification)

• Hold a full driving License.

• Be able to travel to assessment centers and businesses across East Lancashire and the North West.
