Cummins Mellor have a number of opportunities for office administrators to fulfil roles in a large, established business in Blackburn.

Cummins Mellor Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join a well-established business based in Blackburn. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good telephone manner, be computer literate, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

As General Administrator, your duties will include:

• Dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis

• Organising estimates for clients and ensuring the work is completed correctly

• Using a variety of software, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and  Access

• Answering phones, and taking messages

• Organising and sending outgoing post

• Keeping on top of archiving and filing systems

• Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues

The role offers a great working environment in a very warm and friendly office and the successful candidate will receive plenty of support and training from colleagues. The successful candidate must have a driving license or currently be taking driving lessons.
