My client, based in Nelson are looking for a professional Training Administrator to ensure the smooth and effective function of training schedules and reports. You will manage & coordinate all training paper trails on site, recording all departments training needs in a proactive manner.

My client, based in Nelson are looking for a professional Training Administrator to ensure the smooth and effective function of training schedules and reports. You will manage & coordinate all training paper trails on site, recording all departments training needs in a proactive manner.

Duties:

• Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information

• Maintain & update database and training records

• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment

If you have training administration experience and a desire to improve performance we would love to hear from you. Strong planning, organising and communication skills are essential. Must be able to use your own initiative and be self-motivated.

As a Training Administrator you will work alongside the HR department in the provision of an efficient and effective administration support service to the business. Working with training providers and internal trainers/department heads to look at the training needs of the business.
