Do you have experience in export and looking for a new challenge? Cummins Mellor are supporting a global leading Blackburn based organisation in their pursuit to expand and support their sales team.

The company trades internationally and they seek an Commercial Services Coordinator to join the team. The purpose of the role is to provide sales and export support to the sales office by completing professional and highly accurate administration duties.

As an Commercial Services Coordinator your role will include:

• Ensure that sales orders submitted for the region are processed in line with partner requirements from receipt of the order to the point of delivery aligned with internal constraints and Channel expectations in line with budget forecast
• Liaise with both Operations and Logistics regarding stock outs, freight charges / requirements and product availability to ensure accuracy of International Sales Orders
• Create customs documents in line with orders submitted, processed, and invoiced adhering to country specific regulations and customs requirements
• Ensure country specific requirements are adhered to in line with current export controls
• In conjunction with internal departments ensure that country specific product compliance is in position to facilitate shipments and subsequent revenue targets are met
• Obtain and validate documentary proof of export for all shipments in line with VAT & Audit requirements
• Process all approved credits and returns in line with departmental procedures

The successful Commercial Services Coordinator will have:

• At least 3 years’ experience within International Trade
• Proficient in creation and completion of all Export documentation
• Member of the Institute of Export is preferred
• Understanding of export/import regulations in overseas markets
• Excellent communication skills and strong team player
• Ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Understanding of Incoterms 2020

Our client can offer:

• Circa salary £23,000 – £25,000 based on experience
