As an Administrator your role will include;

  • Handle and monitor new proposals and documentation to ensure that a market leading customer services is maintained
  • Liaise with colleagues in order to provide all documentation required on new proposals
  • Acting as a liaison point, assisting with document preparation and general queries
  • Dealing appropriately with all incoming calls from customer, financial advisors, agents and suppliers/third parties
  • Ensuring that data protection and money laundering guidelines are followed
  • Ensuring the fraud, valuation, proposal and outstanding deals log are updated and maintained
  • Production and dispatch of welcome packs

The ideal Administrator will have;

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish working relationships by email and over the telephone
  • Attention to detail and accountability

  • Sound analytical and numerical skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time-management skills – ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
