We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administration Team Leader to cover a Maternity leave for a period of 9-10 months. Our client is the UK’s leading social lender that is transforming the way that the lowest income households access financial products. Their customers are at the heart of everything they do and always do what they can to put the customer first whilst having a responsible approach to lending.

What your new role will entail…

  • Effectively coordinate the back office administrative support team to the branches and other departments
  • Supervise and develop staff, making sure they are trained, motivated and equipped to do their job
  • Work proactively with other departments to ensure work is joined up and designed with an understanding of wider functions and priorities

  • 2 years’ experience in a team leader role is essential
