An exciting opportunity has arisen and my client is seeking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their busy accounts department. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in accounts with comprehensive knowledge of payroll, sales and purchase ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Financials Reporting

• Weekly Reseller Commission Payments

• Monitoring & Clearing of Reseller Accounts

• Reseller Commission Query Resolution

• Generation of Conect Leasing Invoice Paperwork

• Generation of GP Adjustments Paperwork

• Import & Reconciliation of Network files.

• Network Commission Query Input & Resolution

• Reconciliation of Marketing Development Funds

• Price Protection Layer Cost Updates

• Process Daily Stock Transfers

• Approve Service Requests for Vendor Claims

• Provide accounting and clerical support to Accounting Department

• Sales Financial Support

Skills & Experience:

• Highly PC literate – particularly Excel & used to dealing with complex data manipulation

• High attention to detail and ability to review detailed work quickly and accurately

• Organised self-starter with ability to plan & prioritise one’s own workload

• Highly motivated & enthusiastic with a “can do” mentality

• Excellent communication skills

• Disciplined and able to work under high pressure to achieve tight deadlines

• Usage of Sage essential

The successful candidate will hold excellent communication skills, precise attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure are a necessity.
