You will report directly to the Site Manager in respect of building maintenance, tenant liaison, health and safety, facilities and ad hoc tasks.

As a Building Host / Receptionist your role will include;

  • Customer service: meeting and greeting visitors
  • Contacting tenants to advise them of visitors
  • Announcing/transferring calls as appropriate
  • Compiling and sending out waste and recycling reports for tenants
  • Updating meter readings and distributing to the relevant tenants and accounts department
  • Sort and distribute internal post
  • Dealing with deliveries
  • Ensuring outside contractors complete work reports/log books before leaving site
  • Knowledge of recent compliance, cleaning and Front of House audit scores
  • Ensure the reception is area is in pristine condition at all times.
  • Liaising with cleaners to ensure that the building lobby is kept in state of good repair and cleaning standards are high
  • Carrying out building checks and reporting any issues to the Building Manager

The ideal Building Host / Receptionist will have;

  • 2+ years` experience in a serviced building, Receptionist/Front of House role
  • Enthusiastic, passionate with a commitment to delivering exceptional standards of customer service
  • Confident, outgoing personality with a corporate and professional outlook
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tact, diplomacy and awareness of confidentiality
  • Self-starter with the flexibility to undertake a range of duties
  • A good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
