Cummins Mellor Recruitment

Dear Richard,  

I would like to say what a great experience I had with Cummins Mellor.

Firstly the web site  I found to be much more visibly simple to navigate unlike other local agencies with lots of jargon and adverts.

 My first response to yourselves was to Richard Mellor where I had emailed my CV and covering letter HOPING to get a response and within 24 hours I had an email from him which was personal to me and not just an automated email. The wording made me feel like this is definitely a company that cares about their potential clients he said that he would pass my details on to the relevant person in the office. I received a call the following day from an Angela Thomas inviting me in to register and this was arranged for the next day
I was greeted straight away with a smile and  was put at ease, as its a scary thing to be in a position  where you are putting your future career into a strangers hands.

I met Jamie and filled out my forms and was introduced to Angela whom I had spoken to the previous day,

We discussed the job role I was looking for and I  felt that the team would keep me updated with any suitable positions and that I wouldn’t have to keep chasing them.This was the impression they gave me and I had no reason to doubt them because of their personal approach.

I received a call back the same day as promised and luckily for me was offered a position with a local company.

Cant believe that within a matter of days one email one phone call one face to face meeting I have got a job.

 I have since recommended to many of my now ex colleagues to contact yourselves as I was very impressed with the service. They have since bombarded your office with calls but one good turn deserves another.

 We did have a few recruitment agencies visit my last employer … where we are all being made redundant, we filled out all the relevant forms but have not to this day heard back from any one of them even though they all said they would be in contact,that makes you feel like you cant trust them even though your relying on them to help you it puts you off contacting those particular agencies.

 I hope that you can relay this back to your staff and keep up the fantastic job that you all do, I am thrilled with my experience and will  continue to recommend you to all my friends.
