Work Life Balance - Well Being at Work

Work Life Balance – Well Being at Work

A strong work – life balance ethos

Cummins Mellor Recruitment is renowned for a Work – Life balance ethos

Well being and happiness at work  brings rewards for the whole company. If employees are involved and allowed to take responsibility and contribute ideas,  then they will drive the  business – this is actively encouraged and rewarded. We look to recognise the’ talent under our own roof‘ and realise that people are different in their approach, stages of life and have different levels of ability and areas of expertise – everyone can bring something to the table.

Having a good time outside work contributes to overall well being and is important whether it is spending time with family or supporting that local football team all over the country! The social events at Cummins Mellor provide that overlap between work and social life and have included trips to 20- 20 cricket matches at Old Trafford, Quiz nights, Bowling comps, family dog walks and Bar B Qs.

Rewarding the company as a whole for good results and meeting targets is a pleasure!! This year the whole workforce received an invite to ‘a Day at the Races’ and enjoyed a celebratory meal and a fun day out. Monthly meetings result in rewards ranging from chocolate to spa treatments and fine dining.

Positive thinking and a ‘Can Do’ attitude are encouraged at Cummins Mellor, this contributes to a supportive environment and a great team effort.
