Our client, a Northwest heavyweight, seeks an experienced Costs Draftsperson to join their expanding team.

You will have a minimum of 1 years experience as a Draftsman and will be required to:

Provide support to departments in preparing claims for payment to LSC and private paying clients.

Prepare costs schedules for negotiation, solicitor client bills and gross sum bills, schedules for summary assessment, schedules for allocation and listing questionnaires.

Prepare and deal with bills for detailed assessment, both publicly funded and inter-parte.

Working closely with Fee Earners, you will ensure that the firm gets paid the maximum amount possible on every file.

Ensure that files are satisfactorily finished, disbursements paid and files closed.
