Your main duties will be to manage regular client contact with major key accounts, ensuring you are constantly keeping the team up to date with change and deadlines. Your time will be split 50/50 field based and office based. Out in the field you will be information gathering, lead generating.

Back in the office you will be tasked with contacting your prospective customers and booking a appointment for a SM to visit the business.

Europe, you will deal with all communication with resellers and distributors at an international level regarding their current sales orders and Coordinate between the resellers and the respective sales teams on an international basis.

You will manage the Coordination and processing of sales enquiries including referral to Field Business Development managers and/or distributors and resellers including quotations and follow up where necessary and look after the facilitation of sales opportunities and strategic customer accounts in collaboration with Field Business Development managers, including coordinating tender bids.

Ideally you will have over 2 years experience of working in an International Customer Service / Sales Order Processing role, a good standard of education (5 GCSEs C or above), good customer service skills and must be able to speak French.
