The social events at Cummins Mellor provide that overlap between work and social life and have included trips to 20- 20 cricket matches at Old Trafford, Quiz nights, Bowling comps, family dog walks and Bar B Qs.
Rewarding the company as a whole for good results and meeting targets is a pleasure!! This year the whole workforce received an invite to ‘a Day at the Races’ and enjoyed a celebratory meal and a fun day out. Monthly meetings result in rewards ranging from chocolate to spa treatments and fine dining.
Positive thinking and a ‘Can Do’ attitude are encouraged at Cummins Mellor, this contributes to a supportive environment and a great team effort.
